Double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device project in Mudu Chaideng Mine

The design capacity of China Coal Yihua Mudu Chaideng Coal Mine is 6 million tons/year. The main shaft adopts the well tower friction lift (two hoists, four skips), the lifting height is 749m, the container weight is 62 tons, and the lifting rope diameter is 48mm. The number of hoisting ropes is 6, the rope spacing is 300mm, and the maximum lifting speed is 13.5m/s. In 2013, the mine installed the @TT-B/120 double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device developed by Sansen, which occupies a small space for the frame and has stable and reliable performance.
