Daze Coal Mine Double Yard Rope ion Exchange Intelligent Protection Device Project

China Coal Group Haize Coal Mine has a capacity of 20 million tons/year. The auxiliary well adopts a well tower multi-rope friction wheel lifting system. Two sets of lifting equipment are arranged in the auxiliary well wellbore, with a lifting height of 636.9m, a cage weight of 85 tons, and a lifting rope diameter of 62mm. The number of lifting ropes is 6, the rope spacing is 380mm, and the maximum lifting speed is 10.05m/s.

In 2021, the mine installed the @TT-B/250 double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device of Sansen, which integrates the protection and exchange functions of sliding rope trolley, with a high degree of automation, less investment personnel, safety and reliability. It improves mine production efficiency and can be widely used in multi-rope friction lifting systems.
