-Rope Replacement Project of Dahongshan Iron Mine of Kunshan Iron and Steel Group

Dahongshan Iron Mine of Kungang Group is located in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province. The main shaft hoist is a multi-rope friction hoist with a well depth of 1257 meters. The number of lifting head ropes is 4, the rope diameter is 36mm, and the number of balanced round tail ropes is 2. The rope diameter is 50mm. In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vertical shaft lifting system, the mechanized rope change vehicle was used to successfully complete the replacement tasks of lifting the head rope and the round tail rope. It took 12 hours and 8.5 hours respectively, and the rope change was safe and efficient.
