Hongliu Coal Mine Locking Cage Swing deck Project

The design production capacity of Hongliu Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry of the National Energy Group is 8 million tons/year, and the auxiliary shaft adopts a shaft tower multi rope friction hoisting system. The lifting height is 428m, the self weight of the cage is 58 tons, the maximum load is 54 tons, and the cage bottom plate size (length × Width) is 8200 mm × 2810mm. In 2013, the mine used the ZHT-B type double supplementary lock cage swing deck developed by Sansen, which has stable performance and good operation, improving cage loading and unloading efficiency, safety and reliability.
