1. Intelligent protection of sliding rope and sliding vehicle

The standby state of the lower rope catching manipulator group of the device does not affect the operation of the lifting system. Once the phenomenon of sliding rope and sliding vehicle occurs, the rope catching manipulator group reliably brakes the system with a limited braking force.

2. Double-yard rope ion and exchange

It can realize ive lifting of single or multiple head ropes on either side of the double yard, one yard for lifting, and the other yard for automatic clamping rope, so as to realize the adjustment and replacement of the head rope container, sky wheel, gasket, head rope, suspension and other functions.

3. Automatic rope harnesses

The lower-sensitive manipulator group of the device can be used as an automatic rope clamper to complete the clamping work of the head rope.
