    he HGJ type vertical shaft lifting over-winding buffer cage holding device and the HGF type vertical shaft lifting over-discharging buffer device are composed of three parts: the well over-winding prevention device, the cage support device and the downhole over-discharging prevention device. When the lifting system is overwound or over-releasing, the well anti-overwinding device realizes the functions of buffer braking, reverse support cage (when the rope is broken or loosened) and anti-collision; the underground anti-overdischarge device has the function of buffer braking and anti-collision cage.

Product Performance Characteristics

1. Variable force braking: The initial braking force is small. With the occurrence of overwinding and overdischarge, the braking force gradually increases from "zero" to the rated resistance to reduce the impact.

2. Whole process cage holding: if the rope breaks at any position in the overwinding range, the container that falls in the opposite direction can be supported.

3. The buffer braking force can be calibrated 1:1 according to the mine parameters before leaving the factory.

4. It can be reused and the recovery is simple.

5. The installation is convenient, the rooting point is the wire rope, and there is no torque effect on the beam.
