Cage emergency communication system, communication audio system, video system, through wireless base station, server, camera, intercom end point, microphone and LCD display screen, touch operation, realizes real-time voice, broadcast and video monitoring between the cage and the wellhead punting room or winch room and the dispatch room.

The monitoring in the cage belongs to the mobile monitoring in the special environment, which solves the problem of the blind spot in the cage of the kilometer vertical shaft. The transportation of personnel in the kilometer vertical shaft is an important place for mine traffic. However, due to the large moving speed of the vertical shaft, the video transmission of the long wellbore stroke is difficult. 2. Voice intercom system in the cage

It relies on a wireless communication system as the signal carrier. 4. AND-SW type cage hazard identification system

The system is mainly composed of specific behavior hazard alarm devices in the cage. Includes power adapter, out-of-bounds detector. The system is mainly used to supervise and control the cage occupants in the cage to prevent crowding in the cage due to excessive number of cage occupants, and at the same time urge the cage occupants to abide by the order of cage occupancy, so as to prevent the personnel from arbitrarily extending their limbs when the cage is running in the wellbore.

5. AND-F lighting system

The lighting in the cage adopts a green and environmentally friendly mine flameproof LED solid-state light source. The lighting in the cage is extinguished when the cage is in place, and the lighting in the cage is lit when the cage is started to run, which effectively improves the environment for personnel to ride the cage.
