    ZHT-DB type rope tankway dual positioning compensation swing deck is a receiving device specially used for wire rope tankway cages. Its standby state can meet the safety distance of 350mm stipulated in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". After the cage is in place, it can actively "hold the cage" to realize the functions of stabilizing the cage, holding the cage and overlapping.

Product Performance Characteristics

1. Cage stabilization function: X-Y two-way positioning of the cage level, cage stabilization function.

2. Safety distance: meet the requirements of rope cage road mine safety clearance ≥ 350mm, and the cage can pass at full speed.

3. Double compensation function: It can compensate for the elastic elongation of the head rope caused by the change of the end point load. The stopping error is effective in the range of -450mm~ + 150mm, and there is no need to repeatedly check the cage to improve the operation efficiency.
