Inner Mongolia Shilawusu Coal Mine Rope Adjustment Device Project

The main shaft of Shilawusu Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia is a double friction lifting system, with a lifting height of 742m, a container weight of 52t, a diameter of 46mm for the first lifting rope, a number of lifting ropes of 6, a rope spacing of 325mm, and a maximum lifting speed of 14m/s. In 2018, the mine installed the @TT-B/120 double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device developed by Sansen. Due to the limited space on site, the "one-machine dual-use" arrangement scheme was adopted, which saved the derrick space, greatly reduced equipment costs, and improved mine improvement efficiency.
