Hulusu Coal Mine Double Yard Rope ion Exchange Intelligent Protection Device Project

The design capacity of Hulusu coal mine of Zhongtian Hechuang Company is 13 million tons/year. The auxiliary vertical shaft adopts the multi-rope friction lifting system of the well tower. The lifting height is 667.8m, the weight of the container is 55.83 tons, the diameter of the lifting rope is 52mm, and the number of lifting ropes is 6. The rope spacing is 350mm, and the maximum lifting speed is 10.47m/s. In 2016, the mine was installed with the @TT-B/160 double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device produced by Sansen, which has stable performance and provides a safety guarantee for rope change and rope adjustment operations.
