Bojiang Haizi Mine Lock Cage Shaker Project

The capacity of Bojiang Haizi Mine of Huaihai Energy Group is 6 million tons/year. The auxiliary vertical shaft adopts the well tower type multi-rope friction lifting system. The full depth of the wellbore is 611.7m, the diameter of the wellbore is 10.5 meters, the weight of the cage is 55 tons, and the maximum load is 50 tons. The size of the cage baseplate (length × width) is 8950mm × 3500mm. In 2012, the mine used the ZHT-B type double-locking cage swing deck developed by Sansen Company, which is safe and reliable, and solves the problem of the cage moving up and down at the bottom of the well and the wellhead caused by the change of light and heavy loads.
