Jinchuan Group Dual Positioning Compensation Shaker Project

The depth of the auxiliary shaft in the 18th row of the second mining area of Jinchuan Group is 1165 meters. It adopts two friction lifts and the cage lifting method of the wire rope tankway. It is limited by the structure of the wire rope tankway kilometer deep well lifting system and relies on the traditional lap shake table to stabilize the cage. The effect is poor, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the lifting system.

In December 2020, the first domestic dual-positioning compensation swing deck was successfully put into use in the 18-row auxiliary shaft lifting system in the second mining area to ensure the simultaneous positioning of the cage in the horizontal and vertical directions in the wellbore. The compensation range of the compensated lifting wire rope is -350mm~ + 100mm, which fundamentally solves the problem that the traditional swing deck is difficult to stabilize the cage and cannot compensate for the elastic elongation of the wire rope in the lifting of the wire rope canal in the thousand-meter deep well, and realizes the automatic stabilization, automatic support and automatic lap of the swing deck.
