Linhuan Coal Mine Locking Cage Swing deck Project

The auxiliary vertical shaft of Linhuan Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Group adopts a multi-rope friction lifting system, with a well depth of 500m, a cage weight of 22 tons and a maximum load of 18 tons. In order to better improve the lifting efficiency of the auxiliary shaft and reduce the failure rate of the loading system, the first ZHT-B type double-locking cage swing deck in China was successfully applied in Linhuan Coal Mine in 2009. There is no impact on the lifting facility and the tankway, and the cage does not jump when entering and leaving large pieces, which prolongs the service life of the lifting facility and the tankway, reduces the number of workers on and off the auxiliary shaft, and improves the safety of the operation of the auxiliary shaft.
