Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Dongguashan Copper Mine Rope Replacement Project

The main shaft of Dongguashan Copper Mine adopts friction lifting, the well depth is 1120m, the head rope of the lifting system is 1350m long, and the diameter of the lifting rope is 44mm. It takes more than 20 hours to replace the 6 head ropes in the main shaft with a Sansen SMART rope change vehicle. The service life of the head rope replaced by the traditional rope change method is only about 5 months. After using the intelligent mechanized rope change method, the service life of the head rope is extended to 10 months, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the mine and ensures the safe and stable operation of the mine lifting system.
