The auxiliary shaft hoist of Cucurbit Coal Mine is a multi-rope friction hoist with a lifting height of 668 meters, a diameter of 52mm for the first hoisting rope, and the number of hoisting ropes is 6. The YHC type rope changer vehicle of Sansen Company was used to mechanically replace the head rope. After 11 hours of intense and orderly construction, the task of replacing the steel wire head rope of the auxiliary shaft hoist was successfully completed, which provided a strong guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
