National Energy Group Ningxia Coal Industry Hongliu Coal Mine Rope Replacement Project

The No. 1 auxiliary vertical shaft of Ningxia Coal Industry Hongliu Coal Mine of National Energy Group adopts vertical shaft lifting, the lifting height is 420 meters, the number of wire ropes is 4, and the rope diameter is 38mm. The hoist is a floor-to-ceiling multi-rope friction hoist. As the main lifting and transportation system of the mine, the auxiliary vertical shaft replaces the lifting wire rope that has reached the specified service period in accordance with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

On September 16, the YHC rope change vehicle of Sansen Company efficiently completed the replacement of the lifting wire rope and suspension device in the No. 1 auxiliary shaft of Hongliu Coal Mine. It took a total of 9 hours, which greatly improved the rope change speed and shortened the construction time. Up to 28 hours, the number of operators was reduced by 16, and the personnel were only connected to the rope head at the wellhead. The dangerous operation was completed by the rope change vehicle, which effectively reduced the labor intensity of the operators and effectively guaranteed the safety of mine personnel and materials.
