At 12:00 am on December 16, 2022, the intelligent mechanized rope change method was used to replace the head rope. After 23 hours of continuous struggle, the replacement of the 6 head ropes of the auxiliary shaft hoist was safely and quickly completed, and the rope change time was greatly shortened. The head rope is not damaged during the replacement process, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and provides a strong guarantee for the safe production of mines.
