The construction of intelligent working face in Yujialiang Coal mine has gone through memory coal cutting + following machine frame;Memory coal cutting +following machine drawing + centralized control + panoramic video + remote intervention + manual monitoring;There are three stages: autonomous coal cutting + digital modeling + cutting template editing +AI intelligent recognition.Since the job interview production, the production record of single shift has been continuously updated for 4 times, and the goal of normal production of 12 coal in round shift has been achieved. The unmanned production efficiency of the working face has exceeded the efficiency of manual coal cutting for the first time.
