1. Optimize the industry layout.Relying on resource potential, adhering to market orientation, strengthening planning guidance, and promoting the construction of key projects in iron, copper and non-metallic mines.We will guide the scientific development and utilization of resources, encourage intensive processing of resources, and continue to build bases for strategic, superior, and characteristic minerals.We will increase support for the construction of large-scale projects integrating resource mining and deep processing, and enhance the industrial driving force of mineral resources.

2. Promote transformation and upgrading.We will strengthen collaborative innovation in the science and technology industry and strengthen industrial chains.We will support mining enterprises in increasing investment in technological upgrading, upgrade technology and equipment, vigorously promote the development of digital and smart mines, and promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of large mines.We will work with relevant departments to close down mines that do not conform to safety, environmental protection and industrial policies or that have exhausted resources, and continue to reduce the number of mines.

3. Standardize industrial order.To implement the Regulations on the Administration of Non-Coal Mines of Anhui Province (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) and other industrial regulations and systems, and improve the legal level of industrial governance.It strictly regulates industry access, strictly controls the management of construction links, optimizes design review, and standardizes mine construction and production behavior.In accordance with the Regulations, the state has strengthened inspection of industry management and law enforcement, resolutely investigated and corrected illegal construction and production behaviors in non-coal mines, implemented closed-loop management, and standardized industrial construction and production order.

4. Promote green development.In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and in combination with industrial management, specific measures such as rational development and utilization of fine mineral resources, ecological environmental protection, workplace dust prevention and control, solid waste disposal and utilization will be implemented to jointly promote the construction of "green mines" and promote the green and low-carbon development of non-coal mines.

5.
